Leadership begins where clarity meets courage.

For CEO´s, executive teams and senior leaders — under pressure.

”You only see well with the heart; the essential is invisible to the eyes.” — Antoine de Saint-Exupéry

What happens to leadership when pressure rises?

The combination of complexity, uncertainty and expectations creates constant pressure.
In those moments, leadership teams either strengthen or they begin to fragment.

In many teams the shift is subtle at first.

Positions become firmer. Discussions become longer and less effective.
Leaders start protecting their own area rather than thinking as one team.

When leadership teams stop operating as one aligned team, the hidden cost for organisations is significant.

  • Decisions slow down

  • Collaboration weakens

  • Energy that should go into the business is absorbed by internal friction

If this reflects what you see in your team,

Steady leadership. Stronger impact, even under pressure.

I work with leaders so their leadership capacity expands under pressure, enabling their teams and organisations to perform at their best.

Because when leaders remain clear under pressure, they lead differently.

  • Decisions stay sharp

  • Teams remain engaged

  • Performance remains strong

As a former CEO, I understand the complexity leaders face, the strategic demands, human dynamics and the pressure surrounding critical decisions.
Having led organisations myself and now supporting leadership teams as an external advisor, I know that the most important leadership challenges rarely appear in the strategy.
They show up in the dynamics of the leadership team.

My work focuses on what happens inside leadership teams when pressure rises.

When leaders reconnect with clarity and align around shared purpose:

  • Conversations open up.

  • People take ownership

  • Collaboration strengthens across functions

  • Performance becomes sustainable

The result is leadership that is steady, trusted and capable of navigating complexity while unlocking the full potential of teams.

What I Offer:

Leadership Coaching

“If you inspire others to dream more, to be more, to become more, you are a leader.”

— John Quincy Adams

Research shows that only 21% of employees worldwide feel engaged at work - and in Europe engagement is even lower at 13%,.

And managers? Worldwide, they experience the sharpest decline, manager engagement fell from 30 to 27% (Gallup, 2025).

This is not simply a motivation issue. It often reflects what happens when pressure narrows perspective and disrupts connection.

Traditional leadership approaches such as pushing harder, controlling more or relying primarily on extrinsic motivation no longer create sustainable results.

High-performing organisations are led differently.

They are led by leaders who are:

• self-aware
• emotionally intelligent
• able to remain open and relational under pressure
• capable of unlocking the potential of their teams

But this requires something deeper than learning new leadership skills.

Many leaders already know the principles: psychological safety, empathy, trust and growth mindset.

The real challenge is maintaining those behaviours when pressure rises.

That is the work we do together.

Leadership today requires more than strategy and execution.

It requires the capacity to remain clear and relational when pressure rises.

I work with leaders to expand capacity under pressure so that they:

• remain clear and composed, even under pressure
• build trust and psychological safety within their teams
• encourage ownership, learning and innovation
• strengthen cross-functional collaboration
• create the conditions for others to be at their best

Having led organisations myself, I understand the pressure and complexity leaders face. My coaching creates a space that is independent, reflective and grounded in the leader's perspective.

The result is leadership that performs while creating environments where people grow, contribute and thrive.

If you are a leader who:

• carries significant responsibility
• senses leadership today requires deeper awareness
• believes thriving people create stronger performance

then this work may be a game changer for you.

In our conversations we create space for reflection, alignment and new perspectives so you lead with greater clarity, impact and confidence.

If this speaks to you, we should talk.

Leadership Advisory

We barely got used to VUCA when leadership entered an even more complex reality often described as BANI: brittle, anxious, non-linear and incomprehensible.

In such an environment, leadership is no longer only about strategy.

It is about how leadership teams work together under pressure.

Research shows that only 6% of top HR executives believe their executive team works as one integrated unit (McKinsey CEO Essential Checklist, 2024).

When pressure rises, leadership teams often stop operating as one aligned team:
• conversations become more guarded and less constructive
• defensive patterns emerge
• friction increases
• decisions slow down, exactly when they are needed most
• collaboration weakens
• innovation declines

The hidden cost of this misalignment is significant. Energy that goes into managing or avoiding friction does not flow into growing the business.

The result is lost creativity, reduced engagement, slower problem-solving and declining organisational effectiveness.

My work focuses on strengthening leadership capacity so teams remain clear, connected and decisive, even under pressure.

When leadership teams stay aligned, the organisation follows.

Decisions remain sharp.
Teams stay engaged.
Collaboration strengthens across teams.
Performance becomes more sustainable.

I support leaders, teams & organisations with:

  • Refining vision, clarifying priorities and aligning leadership around shared objectives

  • Strengthening leadership awareness, emotional intelligence and decision-making under pressure.

  • Building cultures of trust, accountability and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Creating powerful spaces for dialogue, reflection and alignment during leadership workshops and strategic off-sites.

  • Ensuring clarity so strategy translates into ownership and action across the organisation.

The result

Leadership teams that are connected, aligned and reinforcing one another, creating an upward spiral of stability, trust, engagement and performance.

When leadership capacity expands:

Stability increases
→ psychological safety grows
→ engagement expands
→ collaboration improves
→ performance follows

Expanding leadership capacity often is the key to unlock the next level of performance.

Einstein once said: No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it.

What happens in your leadership team when pressure increases?

Do conversations stay open and constructive — or do they become guarded?
Do decisions become clearer or slower?
Do teams collaborate more or retreat into silos?

If these questions reflect what you see in your organisation, let's explore them together.

About Me.

I’ve missed more than 9,000 shots in my career. I’ve lost almost 300 games. 26 times I’ve been trusted to take the game’s winning shot and missed. I’ve failed over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed.
— Michael Jordan

I was born in Belgium in 1968, with a strong sense of compassion and a deep awe & wonder about life, about Mother Earth. Over the years, I’ve lived and led across cultures, mastered five languages, and held senior leadership roles—including two decades with BMW Group, eight years of which I served as CEO in Belgium and the Netherlands.

Throughout my 30-year corporate journey, I’ve led organisations through complex transformations, overseen businesses with billions in assets, and worked closely with global teams. But my greatest lesson wasn’t about performance metrics or strategic plans—it was about people.

“Leadership, at its core, is about connection: to yourself, to others, and to a meaningful purpose.”

But the journey  hasn’t always been linear. I’ve faced setbacks and moments of deep uncertainty. Through each challenge, I discovered something more powerful: the art of resilience, the joy for life, and the wisdom that comes from embracing our strengths and our vulnerabilities.

I learned that true leadership isn’t about having all the answers. It's about being present, cultivating trust, and creating spaces where others can stand in their own power.

And I experienced that leadership goes beyond achievement or profit. It dives deep into what makes us come alive: our essence, our values, our purpose. In a world increasingly shaped by AI, conscious, human-centred leadership is our true differentiator.

I’ve walked this path myself. And now, I’m here to walk it with you—whether you're leading a team, navigating change, or seeking deeper fulfilment.

Together, we’ll uncover your power and create the impact you're truly here to make.

Belgium based, I work across Europe.

What I believe in.

Simplicity is the friend of execution.

I love a straightforward approach that strips away unnecessary complexity, so we can focus on what truly matters.

Courage to go deep.

If you're after superficial, quick fixes, I am probably not the right business partner for you. I work with those ready to embrace real transformation and breakthrough.

Dialogue, where the spoken & unspoken meet.

Leadership is not a monologue. I create spaces for authentic exchange – where insight, trust, and impact can grow.

Openness beyond structure.

Trust that presence, intuition, and curiosity fuel creativity, collaboration, and performance.

“It doesn't matter what you look at, but what you see.”

— Henry David Thoreau
